It’s hard to believe that it’s already been just over a week since @__almaslibres hosted our last Conversations for the Curious, a room full of women founders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who aren’t waiting for a seat at the table, they’re building new ones.
If there was one takeaway from the evening, it was this: leadership isn`t about having it all together. Some days we`re superwoman, and other days we`re Bridget Jones. Both are part of the journey.

Some conversations stay with you long after the room is empty.
Last night, @__almaslibres hosted another @conversationsforthecurious, this time for our Women Leading the Way: Pride Edition.
Together, we explored leadership, vulnerability, representation, and what Pride really means. We spoke about the importance of role models, challenged the labels placed on women from an early age, and reflected on how we take care of ourselves along the journey, because none of us can be a superwoman every day.
One thought that especially stayed with us: we’re all chipping away at the rock from wherever we stand. We win by standing, for ourselves, for one another, and for what we believe in.

The countdown has begun, we’re just 4 days away from @__almaslibres next Conversations for the Curious, taking place on 2nd July at 19:30 at @hotelborneta.
We’re excited to welcome @arantxacalvera who will be joining our panel, 𝚆𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚗 𝙻𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚆𝚊𝚢.
Arantxa Calvera is a senior executive with extensive experience in public leadership, tourism promotion, and international relations. She currently serves as Director of the @catalunyaexperience where she fosters collaboration between the public and private sectors, strengthens the Catalonia brand internationally, and works to improve the region’s air and rail connectivity. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and serves on the Affiliate Members Board of @unitednations Tourism.
As we celebrate this special Pride edition of @conversationsforthecurious, we’re proud to welcome Arantxa, a leader whose career reflects the power of collaboration, purpose, and bold decision-making. Through her work, she is helping shape the future of Catalonia while inspiring the next generation of leaders to think bigger and lead with impact.

We don’t always see what it takes to be a pro athlete until we hear the stories behind it.
Over the past year, we’ve spoken with @garazisanchez, @letscanales, and recently @ritaarnaus, about her journey, the setbacks, and the resilience it takes to stay at the top.
As the World Cup starts this week, we’re reminded of some of the women who paved the way for women in sport. From @alexiaputellas to the US Women’s National Team, who, before standing up and making their voices heard, generated more revenue than the men’s team, yet were still paid less per match before their equal pay agreement.
Change is already here, but it’s a collective effort to keep pushing it forward.
Let’s keep amplifying women in sport. Visibility and representation changes opportunity.

Last Sunday, more than 60 women showed up, stepped onto their boards, on land and in the ocean, and reminded us just how powerful community can be with @__almaslibres.
