Our mission is to use sport to disrupt inequality and build the next generation of female leaders. Through access, opportunity, and leadership development, we empower girls and women to break barriers, challenge the status quo, and lead on their own terms.

We don’t follow the pace. We set it.
In Barcelona, 94% of women surveyed take safety precautions when running, 19% have experienced harassment while running, and 76% avoid poorly lit or isolated routes.
That’s not freedom of movement. That’s adapting to a city that hasn’t adapted for women.
We believe sport belongs in our streets, in our communities and in the decisions shaping our cities.
And we’re putting that belief into action.
Our weekly sports sessions are back. Led by our all-female team of qualified coaches: @jesbonet_run4you, @moute.venceras, and @hjolsson.
We don’t just want more women in sport. We want to change the conditions that keep them out.

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been just over a week since @__almaslibres hosted our last Conversations for the Curious, a room full of women founders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who aren’t waiting for a seat at the table, they’re building new ones.
If there was one takeaway from the evening, it was this: leadership isn`t about having it all together. Some days we`re superwoman, and other days we`re Bridget Jones. Both are part of the journey.

Some conversations stay with you long after the room is empty.
Last night, @__almaslibres hosted another @conversationsforthecurious, this time for our Women Leading the Way: Pride Edition.
Together, we explored leadership, vulnerability, representation, and what Pride really means. We spoke about the importance of role models, challenged the labels placed on women from an early age, and reflected on how we take care of ourselves along the journey, because none of us can be a superwoman every day.
One thought that especially stayed with us: we’re all chipping away at the rock from wherever we stand. We win by standing, for ourselves, for one another, and for what we believe in.

Arantxa Calvera is a senior executive with extensive experience in public leadership, tourism promotion, and international relations. She currently serves as Director of the @catalunyaexperience where she fosters collaboration between the public and private sectors, strengthens the Catalonia brand internationally, and works to improve the region’s air and rail connectivity. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and serves on the Affiliate Members Board of @unitednations Tourism.
As we celebrate this special Pride edition of @conversationsforthecurious, we’re proud to welcome Arantxa, a leader whose career reflects the power of collaboration, purpose, and bold decision-making.
